Tem laudo de transesofágico?
Sim. O transesofágico usa as mesmas abas do transtorácico e acrescenta preparo e sedação, o apêndice atrial esquerdo (trombo, contraste espontâneo e velocidade de esvaziamento) e as placas da aorta descendente.
I work at more than one clinic. Which plan should I choose?
Smart or Pro. Both are for 1 physician and go with you: you use the same Laudário at every clinic where you work. The difference is that Pro adds WhatsApp, the device worklist, PACS, DICOM SR measurements and BabyStudio.
I have a clinic with several physicians. Which plan?
Multi. It is for a single clinic with several physicians in the same account: clinic schedule with all physicians, standardized reports across them, financials and payouts per physician, front desk with its own access and an integration API.
What is the difference between Smart and Pro?
Both are for 1 physician, at one or several clinics, with scheduling, patients, consultations and financials. Pro adds imaging and communication: reminders and report delivery via WhatsApp, DICOM worklist, cloud PACS, device measurements, BabyFace 5D and BabyLive.
Is the digital signature legally valid?
Yes. The VIDaaS cloud signature is ICP-Brasil. The report can also include a validation QR Code, which opens the original version.
Is my patients' data secure?
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), is stored in the cloud with backup and access is by user and password, with an audit log. We follow Brazil's LGPD: your patients' data belongs to you and is not shared.
What if the internet goes down?
Laudário runs in any browser, including on your phone over 4G or 5G as a backup. Everything is saved in the cloud: nothing is lost if your computer shuts down.
