O que mais gera laudo errado em densitometria é o critério aplicado no paciente errado. No Laudário, quem decide é a regra.

T-score ou Z-score pelo perfil

Classificação da OMS só para mulher na pós-menopausa e homem com 50 anos ou mais. Nos demais, a interpretação sai pelo Z-score, como manda a ISCD.

Classe pelo menor escore

Normal, osteopenia ou osteoporose definida pelo menor T-score entre os sítios válidos, com o sítio e o valor citados na conclusão.

Vértebra discrepante

Diferença de mais de 1 desvio-padrão entre vértebras vizinhas? O sistema sugere a exclusão e, confirmada, a coluna é apurada só com as vértebras restantes.

Osteoporose estabelecida

Com fratura por baixo impacto informada na indicação, a osteoporose sai como estabelecida.

Criança e adolescente

Abaixo de 20 anos, o laudo segue as posições pediátricas da ISCD, pelo Z-score da coluna lombar, sem a terminologia da OMS.

Sim. O sistema usa o T-score e a classificação da OMS só para mulheres na pós-menopausa e homens com 50 anos ou mais; nos demais, interpreta pelo Z-score, e abaixo de 20 anos segue as posições pediátricas. Também sugere excluir a vértebra discrepante da coluna lombar.

I work at more than one clinic. Which plan should I choose?
Smart or Pro. Both are for 1 physician and go with you: you use the same Laudário at every clinic where you work. The difference is that Pro adds WhatsApp, the device worklist, PACS, DICOM SR measurements, BabyStudio and the AI assistant (MCP) in Claude and ChatGPT.
I have a clinic with several physicians. Which plan?
Multi. It is for a single clinic with several physicians in the same account: clinic schedule with all physicians, standardized reports across them, financials and payouts per physician, front desk with its own access and an integration API.
What is the difference between Smart and Pro?
Both are for 1 physician, at one or several clinics, with scheduling, patients, consultations and financials. Pro adds imaging and communication: reminders and report delivery via WhatsApp, DICOM worklist, cloud PACS, device measurements, BabyFace 5D and BabyLive, and the AI assistant (MCP): Claude or ChatGPT look up your schedule, reports and revenue.
Is the digital signature legally valid?
Yes. The VIDaaS cloud signature is ICP-Brasil. The report can also include a validation QR Code, which opens the original version.
Is my patients' data secure?
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS), is stored in the cloud with backup and access is by user and password, with an audit log. We follow the LGPD: your patients' data belongs to you, is not sold or used for advertising, and only the providers needed for the service process it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What if the internet goes down?
Laudário runs in any browser, including on your phone over 4G or 5G as a backup. Everything is saved in the cloud: nothing is lost if your computer shuts down.
